How does per-seat pricing work?

Every tier includes 3 free seats. Additional seats are charged at the per-seat annual rate. For example, if you need 10 seats on the Operational tier (£4,800/seat/year), you pay for 7 seats: 7 × £4,800 = £33,600 per year.

Can I change tiers or seat count later?

Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your tier, or adjust your seat count at any time from the Billing & Seats page. Changes are prorated to your billing cycle.

What happens if I exceed my seat limit?

You'll be prompted to add more seats before inviting additional team members. Your organization admin can adjust the seat count from the Billing & Seats page.

Do you offer monthly billing?

Currently, all tiers are billed annually. You can switch between monthly and annual billing from your Billing & Seats page (monthly rates are higher to reflect the flexibility).

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards through Stripe. You can manage your payment methods from the Billing & Seats page.
